Super Market Power
The set of 20 double sided cards explore the advantages and disadvantages of the Trade Practices Act 1974, Section 46. Typographically it illustrates how the Trade Practices Act fails to protect smaller, independent grocers from bullying and price fixing by leading super markets such as Coles or Woolworths.
Side one takes an in depth look into the ideas and opinions of all those effected by Section 46, including members of the ACCC, farmers, Coles and Woolworths CEO’s as well as the general public.
Side two visual play on the power and role of ‘SUPER’ markets.
